中央管制员和控制台,负责管制机场范围内的飞机。

在仪器飞行中,空中交通管制是十分重要的,因为飞行员可能因天气问题1653而看不到其它飞机或机场,纵使在较大型的机场里,飞机能够目视飞行版,但飞行员都是需要听命于管制员,以维持空中秩序。而管制员会因为飞行员的工作量而提供不同情报去分隔飞机,例如天气广播、地形、飞行辅助等资料。然而,管制员是不可能控制所有航班,北美洲所流行的目视飞行是不需要时时刻刻留意管制员的命令,而在某些地区中,例如加拿大北部,因为没有航空交通管制服务,因此该地方是不能够进行低空飞行。权
航空公司里做签派的具体是做什么工作
航空公司每天都要拟订第二天的航班计划,简言之,就是安排飞机飞哪里,用哪架飞机执行航班任务,签派要综合机务和市场部提供的信息,安排好计划,并通过电报的形式发送到各地航务代办,否则第二天航班无法执行。
每个航班起飞之前,要拿到计算机飞行计划,相关机场天气报告,天气预报图,高空风温图,航行通告,航行资料,这些都要签派来提供。
飞机起飞后,要对飞机全程进行监控。飞机出现的任何不正常情况,签派都要协助机组进行处理,保证飞机安全落地。
天气不好,飞机故障,流量控制等等,只要造成了预定计划不能正常执行,签派就要综合各保障部门提供的情况,对航班计划进行及时调整,既要保障公司效益也要尽量减少航班延误。
当然了,每天下班的前提是公司所有航班都结束了,第二天计划都搞定了才行。所谓下班只是理论上的,半夜有飞机过来备降,或者有其它情况,还得随时上岗,因为毕竟他是公司里唯一一个24小时都值班的单位,各单位都是要听他的指令以后才会行动的。
基本上就这么多了,欢迎同学补充。其实也不复杂,主要是要决策及时,基本上学过的东西都能用的上,当然每个决策都是要有充分理由的,否则出了事故就只能自己背了。

He/She has undergone extensive training to have earned the coveted Aircraft Dispatchers certificate having taken and passed both an extensive oral examination and he comprehensive Dispatch ADX test, administered by the Federal Aviation Administration. These tests are equivalent to the same Air Transport Pilot (ATP) written and oral examinations that an airline captain must successfully complete.
